Use the Manage Templates and Schedules page to view and modify your report templates and schedules. You can edit and run templates, and create, edit, and delete schedules.
Templates contain pre-set criteria that you set when you ran a report. You can schedule these templates to automatically run reports on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.
Templates Created. States how many templates you have created,and how many more you can create. If you reach a maximum number, then delete an existing template so that you can create a new one.
Schedules Created. States how many schedules you have created, and how many more you can create. If you reach a maximum number, then delete an existing schedule so that you can create a new one.
To access the Manage Templates and Schedules page, navigate to Reports -> Templates & Schedules.
This page displays all the report templates you have created. The information is arranged in the following sections:
Template Name. Displays the name of the template that you entered in the "Save Template As" section when the template was created.
Report Type. Specifies the type of report, such as Daily Activity or Fraud Protection.
Template Creation Date. Displays the date when the templates was originally created.
Template Actions. Modify the template criteria. You are returned to the original report that you used to create the template when you click Edit. There you can make modification to the template, and save the changes. The updated template appears on this page.
Schedule Actions. Manage Schedules for a template. Here, you can also add, delete, and edit schedules.
Delete Template. To delete a template, click the radio box next to the template you want to delete and click Delete Template located above or below the table. The template as well as any scheduled reports associated with it are deleted.
