Perform Multiple Transactions page enables you to manually submit different types of multiple transactions.
Only administrators can perform transactions. If you do not have administrator privileges, you will not see this page.
To access the Perform Multiple Transactions page, navigate to Virtual Terminal -> Multiple Transaction.
Select a Transaction Type. You have the following options:
Delayed Capture. Uses the information from an Authorization transaction to settle the transaction, and bill the card holder's credit card.
Credits. Refunds money from the merchant's account to the card holder's credit card account.
Voids. Voids a Sale or Delayed Capture transaction so that it will not settle. If you void a Delayed Capture, you also void the corresponding Authorization transaction.
Re-Settle. It is possible that the connection between the Payflow servers and your Web server might close before the transaction is completed. In this case, PayPal does not receive a transaction completion acknowledgement from your server. Since your Web server did not acknowledge receipt of the transaction, PayPal places the transaction on hold so as not to take the change of submitting a duplicate. This situation results in TRANS STATE 106: Unknown Status Transaction.
Submit to Settlement. Enables CyberCash users to manually settle transactions.
Specify a Date Range for the transaction.
Specify the Time Zone for your search time.
For Transaction Mode, specify whether to display Live or Test transactions.
Click Continue.
