Performing a Single Transaction -- Step 1

Select a Transaction Type from the drop down menu. Depending on your selection, you have to specify additional information. You have the following transaction type options for PayPal Express Checkout:

• Credit

• Delayed Capture

• Void

• Using Manager, you can perform only Credit, Delayed Capture, and Void transactions for PayPal Express Checkout.

Credit

Refunds money from the merchant's account to the card holder's account.

If you select this option, perform this following steps:

1. Enter the Original Transaction ID of the transaction you are crediting.

2. Click Submit.

Delayed Capture

Uses the information from an Authorization transaction to settle the transaction and bill the card holder's card.

If you select this option, perform this following steps:

1. Enter the Original Transaction ID of the Authorization transaction you are capturing.

2. Click Submit.

Void

Voids a Credit or Delayed Capture transaction so that it will not settle.

If you select this option, perform this following steps:

1. Enter the Original Transaction ID of the Authorization transaction you are voiding.

2. Click Submit.
