PayPal strongly recommends that you change the passwords on a monthly basis.
Depending on your Payflow service, you have different options to managing your password(s):
You have the following password management options:
Maintain a single password for PayPal Manager and Payflow transactions.
Maintain separate passwords for PayPal Manager and Payflow. If you select this option, then you will see separate links to change the two passwords.
You have chosen to maintain a single password for PayPal Manager and Payflow transactions.
To access the Change Password page, navigate to Account Administration -> Manage Security.
To change your single password, click Change your Password.
You have chosen to maintain separate passwords for PayPal Manager and Payflow transactions. In this case, you have to create a new password for PayPal Manager. Payflow transactions use your current password.
To access the Change Password page, navigate to Account Administration -> Manage Security.
To create a separate password for PayPal Manager, click Create a separate password.
Now, you should have two separate passwords, one for PayPal Manager and another for Payflow transactions. To change passwords, click on the appropriate link.
To change your PayPal Manager password, click Change your PayPal Manager password.
To change your Payflow password, click Change your Payflow Transaction password.
If you are a CyberCash customer, you can change the password you use to log in to PayPal Manager.
To change your password, click Change your password.
