The Business Activity Center on the PayPal Manager Home page is your one-stop self-service center that provides up-to-date account information you can use to track your daily transaction activity up till 12 AM PST.
You will not see any data in the Business Activity Center if you are logging in for the first time.
It contains the following sections:
Displays current information about your daily sales and credits. Click on the "+" sign to see the following details:
Today's Sales. Displays total monetary amount earned in sales that day. It also lists the number of sale transactions that were performed that day.
Today's Credits. Displays total monetary amount credited back that day. It also lists how many credit transactions were performed that day.
Total. Displays the total monetary amount earned on that day (total amount earned in sales minus the total amount credited back), as well as total number transactions performed.
Displays information about your settled and unsettled transactions for the previous day. Settled means that the processor has transferred the funds into your merchant bank account. When a transaction is submitted, it is displayed as a unsettled transaction. When that transaction is successfully processed as per the settlement time, it is displayed as a settled transaction.
Click on the "+" sign to see the following details.
Settled Transactions. Displays the total monetary amount earned through settled transactions. It also lists the number of transactions settled on the previous day.
Unsettled Transactions. Displays the total monetary amount that is pending through unsettled transactions. This amount will be added to the settled transaction total when the transactions are settled. It also lists the number of unsettled transactions pending for the previous day.
Information about your processor and its settlement times.
All transactions will be unsettled if your status is Test as these transactions are not sent to the processor to get settled. If your status is Live, then all transactions that are settled successfully will be displayed in the Settled Transaction section.
You will see this section only if you have signed up for Fraud Protection Services.
It alerts you of suspicious transactions that were triggered by your fraud filter settings. Click on the "+" sign to see details.
You will see this section only if you are using the PayPal processor. It displays your account balance.
