ACH Transaction report lists each payment that you submitted through either Payflow or PayPal Manager for the day that you specify, independent of payment success.
To access the ACH Transaction Report page, navigate to Reports -> ACH -> Transaction Report.
PayPal Manager enables you to save commonly used reports as templates. This enables you to run the saved reports without having to specify the settings each time.
If you want to save this report as a template so that you can use it again, enter a name for this report template in the Save Template As field. If this is a template you are editing, then the name specified earlier will appear here.
Specify a Date Range for the report.
Specify the Time Zone for your search time.
Specify a Report Type. You have the following options:
Summary. Contain basic information such as Transaction ID, Time, Type, Card type, Amount, and Result.
Full Detail. Contains all the categories displayed in the Summary report type. In addition, it also includes Account Number, Expiration Date, Result, Response Message, and Fraud-related information, if you have selected the service.
Specify how you want to Sort the report. Choose from the following:
Amount: Amount of transaction
Card Type: Type of card, such as American Express, Visa, and so on, used for the transaction. It is determined by the credit card number entered.
Result: Numeric code describing transaction results. For more information, refer to Transaction Result Codes.
Transaction ID: Unique identifier that PayPal assigns to the transaction.
Transaction Time: Date and time of transaction.
Transaction Type: Type of transaction, such as Sale, Credit, Delayed Capture, and so on.
For Transaction Mode, specify whether to display Live or Test transactions. When creating saved templates, the transaction mode is always Live. For scheduled templates, the transaction mode can be Live or Test.
If you want to download your search results, click on the radio box next to Download Report, and select a Format from the drop-down menu. You have the following options:
Full Details - ASCII Text. Enables you to download the results in ASCII text format. This option does not include any headings, thereby enabling you to import the data to a spreadsheet or to an accounting or reconciliation application.
Full Details - ASCII Text with Headings. Enables you to download the results in ASCII text format, with headings.
To generate the report, you have the following options:
If you want to use this report as a template only and not generate a report at this moment, click Save Template.
If you want to generate a report, click Run Report.
If you have selected to download the report, then you will see a pop-up box that offers you an option to either open or save the result text in the format you selected.
