To represent a range of IP addresses, use the asterisk (*) character.
Each IP address must be internet-facing.
Internal network addresses
Any addresses in the range 10.*.*.*
Addresses in the range 172.16.*.* to 172.31.*.*
Addresses in the range 192.168.0.* to 192.168.255.*
Dynamic IP addresses (Modem connection or AOL, Earthlink, and so on)
Single IP address of the form: xyz.xyz.xyz.xyz (where xyz represents a number that is identical in each portion of the address)
