PayPal Transaction Status

You have selected PayPal Transactions in the Search Transaction By section. Perform the following steps to run the report:

  1. Enter either the PayPal Transaction ID for the report, or the PayPal User's First and Last Name.

  2. Specify a Date Range for the report.

  3. Specify the Time Zone for your search time.

  4. For Transaction Mode, specify Test or Live mode.

  5. If you want to Download your search results, click the radio button next to Format and select from the following options:

  6. ASCII Text. Enables you to download the results in ASCII text format. This option does not include any headings, thereby enabling you to import the data to a spreadsheet or to an accounting or reconciliation application.

  7. ASCII Text with Headings. Enables you to download the results in ASCII text format, with headings.

  1. To generate the report, you have the following options:

  2. If you want to generate a report, click Run Report.

  3. If you have selected to download the report, then you will see a pop-up box that offers you an option to either open or save the result text in the format you selected.
